BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Spanish law requires all guests to register their passport details with the authorities before arrival. The Barcelona tourist tax also needs to be paid in advance. Both are handled in one place, please complete your pre-check-in before arrival.
Tourist tax: 9.50 € per person, per night (max. 7 nights) · Paid by card · Children 16 and under are exempt.
MEETING YOU AT THE APARTMENT
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, but we’re flexible — if the apartment is free the night before, you’re welcome to check in early at no extra charge.
Sofia or one of her team will contact you on WhatsApp one or two days before your arrival to coordinate the check-in time. When you arrive at Carrer de Trafalgar 15, someone will be waiting for you in the apartment. Ring the intercom Ático 2 and they’ll let you in.
FLEXIBLE ACCESS & LUGGAGE STORAGE
If the timing doesn’t work or you’d prefer more flexibility, we have a key lockbox just 30 metres from the building. Let me know in advance and I’ll send you the access codes.
